Owing our deepened commitments and zealous spirits to uplift educational standards, principles and ethics, our journey has been constantly driven by this intense sense of diligence!  

Recognising our extensive outperformance in the field of academia and appreciable quality in educational arena, the World Bank in collaboration with Govt. of India and Ministry of Human Resource Development have graced us prestigious TEQIP-III Project & funding worth Rs. 10 crores.

Our Institute harbours five core engineering branches with the approval of AICTE having intake capacity of 60 in each branch as:

Civil Engineering

It is the broadest and 2nd oldest Engineering Disciplines mankind has ever witnessed that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including public works such as roads, bridges, canals, dams, airports, pipelines, structural components of buildings, and railways!

Computer Science & Engineering

This includes the study of design, computational processes and programming languages, how to develop  a variety of hardware and software and communications systems and other similar devices.

Electrical Engineering

It is concerned with the study, design and application of equipment, devices and systems which use electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism with electrical power generation, distribution and use.

Electronics & Communication Engineering

This designs electronic circuits, devices, VLSI devices and their systems, and passive electrical components with analog electronics, digital electronics, consumer electronics, embedded systems and power electronics. It deals with implementation of applications, principles and algorithms developed within many related fields like telecommunications, control systems, signal processing, systems engineering, computer engineering, instrumentation engineering, electric power control, robotics.

Where the colours of the sky keep changing throughout the day, from pale pink at dawn to a dazzling blue at mid-morning and a bright orange by sunset and purple by twilight, the landscape magically transforms itself to an elegant scenic beauty in different seasons of joy and the sky paints rainbow over our heads with the autumn cover inspiring glorious memories along with the clump of daffodils in the grass with soft sunshine, out Institute dwells in the splendid and graceful arena of 35 acres of natural beauty near Chaibasa town (12 kms from here) in West Singhbhum, Jharkhand. It is located on a well-connected Odisha-Tatanagar/Ranchi road.

 

Our educational popularity is gradually increasing day by day with current year’s student strength of over 750.

Our gracious educational infrastructure owes to us being recognized as Remote Centre of IIT Bombay. We are recognised by IIT Kharagpur for NPTEL local chapter. Our achievement doesn’t end there, we have been recognized as remote centre of National Mission on Education through Information Communication Technology (NMEICT). Our mentor institute is NIT Warangal.

 

 

During these seven years of operation, the college has achieved numerous feats. Students of this college have performed exceptionally well in university, some of them being university toppers.

 Along with academic area, our students are also actively engaged in cultural aspects like technical fest ‘NAVKRITI’ and cultural fest ‘Zephyr’. We have provided full support to the students in these aspects. We have carried out several government programs like Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY) and ‘Vittiya Saksharta Abhiyan’ along with Unnat Bharat Abhiyan.
